2pm Helen - SwingFit (45 mins)

SwingFit is a dance fitness class that brings you the steps and music
from the swing era. With its low impact and high energy moves, you will
soon forget you’re exercising as you will be having so much fun. Just
copy me and take it at your own pace.

Clear a safe space for dancing (with a smooth floor if possible) and
have a glass of water nearby. Wear comfortable clothes and trainers or
flat shoes.
